These terms govern your use of fareradar.net (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What FareRadar is

FareRadar is an index of flight deals published elsewhere. We read deal sites, airline sale pages and similar public sources, extract the facts of each fare, and present them organised by departure city. We are not a travel agency. We do not sell tickets, take bookings, process payments, or act as agent for any airline or booking site.

Fares are not guaranteed

This is the most important thing on this page. Airfares change constantly, and often within minutes. Every price on this site is a record of what a source reported at a point in time. It is not an offer, not a quote, and not a promise that the fare is still available.

Always confirm the price with the airline or booking site before relying on it, and treat anything you see here as a starting point for your own search.

What “checked” means

Some deals show that we re-checked a fare on specific dates, with the price we found and when we found it. That is a single observation on those dates at that moment, made through a third-party fare data provider. It is not a guarantee that the fare is available now, that it will be available when you search, that it applies to other dates, or that it will be the price you are ultimately offered at checkout. A fare we could not confirm is not necessarily gone, and one we did confirm may be gone minutes later.

Accuracy

We take care to represent each source faithfully, but we cannot guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete or current. Routes, airlines, dates, baggage rules, fare conditions and prices may be wrong, out of date, or misreported by the original source. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Booking with third parties

Links to booking sites and airlines are provided for convenience. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that company, on their terms, and we are not a party to it. We are not responsible for their prices, availability, fees, cancellations, schedule changes, refunds or customer service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FareRadar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from any fare listed on it — including a price that has changed, a deal that has expired, a trip you did or did not book, or any consequence of relying on information shown here.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-copy the site, or use automated tools to access it.
• Republish substantial portions of our listings as your own.
• Interfere with the site’s operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

Content and attribution

Facts about a fare — route, price, dates, airline — are not owned by anyone, and each listing is our own summary rather than a copy of the source. We credit and link to the source of every deal. If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to hello@fareradar.net and we will look into it promptly.

Changes

We may update the site or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
